Our Commitment
To preserve and protect future generations’ access to the Harpeth River by creating a low-density, environmentally driven hospitality destination that celebrates the agricultural heritage, natural beauty, and creative community of Cheatham County.

Fully operational farmstead​ and farm-to-table dining using locally sourced meats and produce—all open to the public.

Preservation of important frontage along the Harpeth River by leading advocacy programs for water quality and watershed protection.
Development will be limited to approximately 100 of the 560 total acres. The other 460 acres will remain untouched.
Current Use
The property is currently used as an outdoor activities and event destination offering hiking, fishing, mountain biking, kayaking, and off-road vehicle trails, as well as glamping accommodations with modern amenities. The property also hosts larger gatherings such as weddings, corporate retreats, and wellness retreats.

We plan to upgrade the current experience by adding lodging and other amenities:
